Five years after the launch of the S13 model, which turned out to be a huge hit beyond expectations, the Silvia finally underwent a model change in the fall of 1993. The S14 Silvia inherited the FR layout that made its predecessor so popular, and was transformed into the first wide-body model in the history of the car to be a 3-number vehicle. The increased size also increased the sense of stability of the style,
It matured as a coupe. 
The S14 model had its front mask sharply changed in 1996, 
so the early model with its elegant face is now rare.

In June 2024, TLV-NEO released the early model of the S14 Silvia, 
with the specifications at the time of its debut, 
and it was very well received. This time, 
the N333a reproduces the Q's aero with a naturally aspirated engine from the "Aero" series, 
which was added in a partial improvement in 1995. 

The front aeroform bumper, navan rear spoiler, 
and the wheel shape of the Q's, which was changed in a partial improvement, 
are also reproduced.
